"Tenko"

This isn't purely a pizza Cats dojin, but a collection of art and stories by Tenko. It just happens that Tenko is a character designer for several anime, and helped design the characters for Cat Ninden Teyande!
Aside from that, Tenko has also worked on Transformers, and a few other shows.
