After being taken down once again by the Pizza Cats, Bad Bird does some reflecting on what should have been a very successful life of evil.  Feeling he had let his father down in that aspect, he vows to take revenge on the Pizza Cats who humiliate him.  Back in Little Tokyo, the town is buzzing over the arrival of a trade ship carrying a nuclear potato, a very coveted starch.  Polly gets the scenic view of the arrival of the potato as she snatches the chance away from Speedy and Guido to fly a pizza delivery mission over the arriving ship.  The traders on the ship present themselves at the palace, and later that evening have a secret meeting with Big Cheese.

  The Big Cheese gets the first glimpse of the potato, because he was acquaintances with the traders, but cannot have it.  Always wanting what he can't have, later on Cheese has a chat with Jerry Atric and the two, with Bad Birds help, devise a plan to steal the potato.  However, Speedy over hears the plot.  Being as curious as ever, Speedy hopped onto the ship to hopefully get a glimpse, and over heard the plot.  The next day, the Pizza Cats observe the unloading of the potato and keep a cautious eye out for anything suspicious.  Suspicion kicks in when the potato route takes a detour.

  Jumping in to intervene, the Pizza Cats encounter Bad Bird and his disguised Ninja Crows.  The Ninja Crows are taken out easily, the robots were the problem.  As Speedy sliced through them, they regenerated, and doubled.    Shooting razor sharp spheres at the Pizza Cats, they become cornered and ring Francine for help.  Spritz arrives just in time and sends the robots away in a massive flood of water.  Bad Bird, once again denied victory, fakes the victory and presents Big Cheese and Jerry Atric with a fake nuclear potato.
